Terms & Conditions

1. Service Overview

GlowPros Holiday Lighting (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides professional holiday lighting installation, maintenance, removal, and storage services to residential and commercial clients. By booking our services, you (“the customer”) agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Estimates and Pricing

All quotes are based on the size, layout, and condition of the property. Final pricing may be adjusted if actual site conditions differ from the estimate. All customers receive a detailed quote for approval before installation begins.

3. Payments and Deposits

A non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) is required to reserve your installation date. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the installation. Payment methods include cash, credit/debit card, or approved electronic payment.

4. Equipment Ownership

All lighting products, cords, clips, timers, and related materials installed by GlowPros remain the sole property of GlowPros Holiday Lighting.
No lighting, timers, or installation materials are sold, transferred, or licensed to the customer under any package. Customers may not remove, modify, or reuse equipment without written authorization from GlowPros.

5. Maintenance and Warranty

GlowPros provides full maintenance coverage throughout the lighting season. If any bulbs or sections fail, our team will repair or replace them promptly at no cost.
This warranty excludes damage caused by weather events, animals, vandalism, power surges, or interference by anyone other than GlowPros personnel.

6. Removal and Storage

All packages include post-season removal and secure off-site storage of your lighting materials.
Removals typically occur in January, depending on weather conditions. Storage is automatically included for all customers — no additional storage fees apply.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Customers may cancel service agreements at any time by providing written notice.

  • Before installation: deposits are non-refundable but may be credited toward a future service at GlowPros’ discretion.

  • After installation: any completed or in-progress work will be billed proportionally based on labor and materials used.

GlowPros also reserves the right to cancel or postpone service due to unsafe conditions, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

8. Liability

GlowPros is not responsible for pre-existing property damage, faulty electrical systems, or damage resulting from unsafe roof or structure conditions.
Customers must ensure all exterior outlets are accessible and functional.
GlowPros maintains full liability insurance and adheres to professional safety standards on every job.

9. Safety and Access

Customers are responsible for ensuring clear and safe access to all work areas at the scheduled time. If unsafe conditions exist (such as ice, debris, or structural instability), GlowPros reserves the right to postpone or cancel installation or removal services until conditions improve.

10. Use of Photos

By using our services, you grant GlowPros permission to photograph or video your lighting display for marketing and portfolio purposes, unless you request otherwise in writing prior to installation.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GlowPros Holiday Lighting, its owners, employees, and subcontractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or negligence related to your property or electrical systems.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GlowPros shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profit or use.
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service rendered.

13. Right to Change or Modify Terms

GlowPros reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt good-faith negotiation.
If unresolved, disputes will be settled by binding arbitration in Gloucester County, NJ, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Each party is responsible for its own legal fees unless otherwise decided by the arbitrator.

15. Right to Cancel by GlowPros

GlowPros reserves the right to cancel or terminate a contract at any time, without penalty, if:

  • Unsafe or unsuitable conditions exist at the property;

  • The customer breaches payment or safety obligations;

  • Continuing the project would pose undue risk or liability.

In such cases, GlowPros will provide written notice and refund any unearned portion of the payment for incomplete services.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any approved estimate or written service agreement, represent the entire understanding between GlowPros Holiday Lighting and the customer and supersede all prior discussions or representations.
